What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, suburb, service interest and message. Our web server also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and access time.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, prepare estimates, arrange services, keep service records and follow up on work. Standard server logs are used for security, reliability and troubleshooting.

Who can access it

Information is available only to Carpet Lab and authorised Meros Group team members who need it to handle your enquiry or provide the service. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored in the website administration system and sent to our business email. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for service, administration, legal or security purposes.

Analytics and cookies

We do not use third-party analytics at launch. WordPress may use essential cookies for signed-in administrators. If we add analytics or other tracking later, we will update this policy at the same time.
