For an end-of-tenancy or pre-sale clean, tell us which rooms need attention, when access is available and when the property needs to be ready. Property managers can send the same details for a managed home. We will confirm the cleaning scope and timing in the estimate; cleaning cannot guarantee a bond decision or a sale result.
For offices and other commercial premises, describe the carpeted areas, access arrangements, foot traffic and preferred appointment window. We can then discuss the work around the site’s needs before quoting.

Pet stains and odours
Tell us what caused the mark or odour, when it happened and what products you have already used. The technician can assess the carpet and explain what treatment is realistic. Some marks, dyes and deeper odours will not disappear through cleaning alone.
Water damage and flood restoration
Water extraction and flood restoration are separate from routine hot water extraction carpet cleaning. Carpet Lab undertakes flood restoration in house; describe the water source, affected rooms and when the damage occurred so the team can assess the next step. A 24/7 staffed walk-in unit does not mean technicians are available for emergency dispatch at every hour. Carpet patching is arranged through a subcontractor, so ask us to confirm that scope separately.
