We can absolutely help move furniture, and we’re relaxed about the odd extra that gets a premium result. That said, jobs go best when the space is cleared and ready for us.

The right interval depends on the carpet manufacturer’s guidance, warranty requirements, household and foot traffic. Busy homes and commercial spaces may need professional cleaning sooner than lightly used rooms. We can recommend a sensible maintenance schedule after seeing the carpet.

Vacuuming loose dry soil before the appointment is helpful where practical. Clear small items from the floor and tell us about any areas that need extra attention. We’ll confirm any other preparation when you book.
