As we only use hot steam, the carpets should be dry within 4-6 hours depending on how well the space is ventilated. If urgent drying is needed, we can often supply blowers for an extra fee. In most cases this isn't necessary.

The team can absolutely help you move furniture, and we pride ourselves on being generally relaxed with the odd 'extra' that might be required to achieve a premium result. This being said, we also prefer to start jobs with furniture cleared and the space ready!

We typically recommend cleaning carpets every 6-12 months to avoid build-up of allergens and bacteria. Depending on the area, sometimes with heavy traffic we recommend a frequency of 3 months however this is more common with commercial properties.

Unless otherwise specified, it's uncommon for vacuuming being needed prior to our arrival. Our commercial grade machinery has a HEPA grade filter and we can usually handle most jobs just fine!

The length of time that our job takes really depends on the size of the job and how heavy the soiling on the carpet is! We can take anywhere from 1-2 hours for smaller jobs to at least half a day for larger jobs and commercial properties.

We sure can, our technicians are trained to the highest standards to recognise and neutralise stains of almost any type. Sometimes the staining or damage is so severe that we will recommend patch repairing the area - however this is something we outsource to ensure the workmanship is top-notch.
